For event photographers

Deliver photos while you shoot, not a week later

Your camera already knows how to send photos over Wi-Fi. SnapMila gives it a live gallery to send them to — and gives every guest a QR to open it.

Why live delivery changes the job

The most-asked question at any event is “when do we get the photos?”. With SnapMila the answer is “now”. Guests see each shot within about half a minute, save the ones they want and share them while the event is still on — so the post-event week is no longer spent answering “please send me my photos” messages, and your work is seen on the day, with your name on it.

Your workflow on the day

Before the event

  1. Create the event in the SnapMila app. Its QR is ready immediately.
  2. Send the QR to the organiser for table cards, standees or the stage screen.
  3. Set up your camera once: server, your Gmail as the user name, and the event's 6-character password. For the next event you change only the password. Step by step for Nikon: Nikon Z50 II FTP setup.
  4. Join the venue Wi-Fi or your phone's hotspot, and take one test shot.

During the event

  • Shoot as usual. With auto upload on, each JPEG goes to the gallery on its own — no laptop, no card reader.
  • The app shows how many photos arrived, when the last one came in, and which file numbers are missing, so a dropped connection never goes unnoticed.
  • Hide a blink or an awkward moment in one tap. You can show it again later, in its original place.

After the event

The gallery stays where it is. The same QR and link keep working, so there is nothing to upload again and no Drive folder to share.

What you need

  • A camera with FTP (or FTPS) transfer over Wi-Fi, built in or through the maker's transmitter.
  • Venue Wi-Fi or a phone hotspot the camera can join.
  • The SnapMila app on an Android phone. The iPhone app is coming.

What stays yours

SnapMila keeps the original exactly as your camera sent it — no editing, no filters, no re-compression. Guests browse a lighter copy and download the original. Galleries are unlisted and kept out of search engines.

Good to know

  • Galleries are built from JPEGs. RAW files and video are not stored.
  • Guests find photos by scrolling, newest first. Selfie search (finding your own photos by face) is planned but not available yet.
