For event managers
Photos your guests get during the event
Add a live photo gallery to any event you run. Your photographer shoots, guests scan one QR, and the photos are on their phones before the event ends.
Updated
What your client and guests get
- A gallery that fills itself while the event runs — new photos within about half a minute of each shot.
- Nothing to install: the QR opens the gallery in any phone browser.
- Full-quality downloads, so nobody asks for “the original” afterwards.
- A private gallery: it opens only with the QR or link, and search engines are kept out.
How it fits your planning
The photographer creates the event in the SnapMila app and shares its QR and link with you. The QR exists before the first photo is taken, so it can go to print with the rest of your stationery.
Where to put the QR
- Table cards and the welcome board
- The registration or help desk
- The stage screen between sessions or performances
- The WhatsApp group or e-mail you already use for the event
Planner's checklist
- Confirm the photographer's camera can send photos over FTP. Most current professional bodies from Canon, Nikon and Sony can, built in or with the maker's transmitter.
- Plan the connection: venue Wi-Fi details for the photographer, or a phone with a good data plan to use as a hotspot.
- Get the QR from the photographer and print it with your stationery.
- Ask for one test shot before guests arrive, and open the gallery yourself to see it land.
- Decide with the photographer who watches for photos that should be hidden, such as closed-door moments.
Who controls the gallery
The event lives in the photographer's SnapMila account. The photographer can hide any photo from guests in one tap and show it again later. Galleries stay available until the photographer deletes their account.
Good to know
- Galleries show photos, not video.
- Guests browse newest first. Selfie search (finding your own photos by face) is planned but not available yet.
